PHOTOSHOOT / LOCATION

Two full days of photo shooting in expansive castle with beautiful natural light, surrounded by the garden full of autumn colors.  Attendance of 6 European Nu'Art topmodels.

.. we discovered this beautiful castle many years ago when it was still a desolate empty place waiting to be reborn..

And it's wonderful to see it alive! :)

Shooting ratio will be 2 photographers per one models / groups will be paired based on photographer' s preference, language, style of photography and requested support. 

Six sessions in total / 90 min each 

Photographers can arrange a photo shoot of the models duo within two shooting groups during the event.

Private sessions are possible on Saturday after the regular shooting time .

FRIDAY 25th

- check in  the hotel Munchs posible from 15:00

- for photographers arriving by plane or train is possible to arrange transport from Strasbourg and Basel / meeting at 18:00

- introduction and welcome dinner at 20:00

SATURDAY 26th

7:30     Breakfast 

8:15      Departure to the location

8:45     Meeting at the chateau and the location tour

9:30      preparation / styling 

10:00 - 11:30   Session 1.

11:35 - 12:00    break, preparation for the next session

12:00 - 13:30   Session 2.

13:30 - 14:15    Lunch break

14:45 - 16:15    Session 3.

16:30    Departure to the hotel / possibility of private shootings at the castle till 18:45

19:30    Dinner at the hotel

SUNDAY 27th

7:30     Breakfast 

8:30     Check out and departure to the chateau 

9:00     Meeting at the location and preparations 

9:30 - 11:00    Session 4.

11:00 - 11:30    break, preparation

11:30 - 13:00   Session 5.

16:00    End of the event and departure 

The castle has great natural light, however we recommend bringing your own light as well. We will have several permanent lights available for photographers, but we are not able to cover the needs of all groups.

In the event price is included:

- 2 nights accomodation in hotel Munsch ( single use ) with breakfast and dinner

- 2x lunch at locations, warm / cold drinks, snacks

- transport from/to Basel or Strasbourg and location ( in case of need ) 

- location for  possible private sessions with any of the workshop model and the private sessions coordination

- non commercial model release

In the event price is not included:

- insurance

- models fee for your private sessions 

- additional drinks and food in the hotel

Price 1.860euro per person

Price for the photographer' s  guest  150e 

- Includes upgrade to the double room with halfboard + 2x lunch at the castle.

- The guest is not allowed to take pictures of models

Payment terms

deposit 50% has to be paid upon the registration

balance has to be paid before the event starts

Terms of cancellation

a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable

( in case there is back up for canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of possible replacement )

b) from the side of organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be returned

c) in case of an unexpected situation (war, epidemy, earthquake, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or other event or can be refunded
