The Emerald Prague is an Art Noveau house of unique design, located in the historical center of Prague, only a few steps from the Old Town Square.
These spaces are yours to embrace and interpret — to find perfection in every detail and inspiration in every corner. Shootparty invites photography artists to capture the dialogue between feminine presence and interior aesthetics, between form, light, and emotion.

GROUPS:
one or two photographers per a model
6 sessions / each 90min
ACCOMMODATION
There are six suites available for photographers (these suites are not intended as event venues and therefore can offer complete privacy). The rest of the photographers will be accommodated in one of the four-star hotels located within walking distance of Emerald House.
Participants can choose their room in Emerald House in the order of their registration for the event.

Included in the workshop price:
- Accommodation / 2 nights in the Emerald house or in hotel
- all food / 2x breakfast, 2x lunch, 2x dinner
- cold & warm drinks during photoshoot, fruits
- non-commercial model release
- The Emerald location for your private session (with event models)
Not Included in the workshop price:
- transport from airport to the city centre
- models fee for your private session
- additional drinks in the restaurant
Payment terms:
deposit 50 % upon registration
balance to be paid before the event starts
Terms of cancellation:
a) from the participant´s side -
the deposit is not refundable ( if there is a backup for the canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of the possible replacement )
b) from the side of the organizer - 100% of the paid deposit will be returned
c) in case of an unexpected situation (war, epidemy, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or another event
PROGRAM
To ensure that all goes smoothly, we will follow the shooting schedule (group-model-time-location).
Groups 2:1 will be assembled based on the each participant's work style, language, and personal preferences (in case of an agreement between two photographers).

Private Sessions
Private photo shoots are only for photographers who are members of the event.
Available slots:
Friday 6th from 15:00 till 19:00
Saturday 7th after the official shooting time (16:30 - 19:00)
Sessions ( one or more hours ) for Friday should be booked in advance, for Saturday it is possible to book also during the event. The conditions of private sessions must be discussed and agreed directly with the model(s). We ensure the time coordination of sessions and contact of the photographer with the model(s).
A Whatsapp group will be created for the participants of the event, where the status of the private photo shoots and the availability of models will be continuously updated.
The fee for the private session agreed between the model and photographer will be paid to the model directly after the shoot.
