Price / Conditions

In the event price is included:

- 1 night accomodation (31.8.) with breakfast at the hotel International / double room ( one photographer occupancy ) 

//  the possibility of extending your stay by one night on 30.8. for 105e

- 2x lunch at locations, warm / cold drinks, fruits, snacks 

- transports from the hotel International to locations and back 

- entrance and welcome drink at the Club Blues Bahnhof music evening (30.8.)

- locations for your possible private sessions with any of the workshop model and the private sessions coordination

- non commercial model release

In the event price is not included:

- insurance

- dinners

- models fee for your  private sessions

Payment terms

deposit 50% has to be paid upon the registration

balance has to be paid  before the event starts

Terms of cancellation

a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable 

( in case there is back up for canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of possible replacement )

b) from the side of organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be returned 

c) in case of an unexpected situation (war, epidemy, earthquake, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or other event or can be refunded

Saturday  31st

9:00    Departure from hotel International / or 9:10 pick up at metro station Dejvická 

10:00   Meeting at the castle location (you are free to arrive by own car directly), tour and preparation

10:45    Session 1.

12:15     Lunch break

13:30    Session 2.

15:30    Session 3.

17:00   Departure to Prague

17:00 - 18:00 / Possibility  of private session at the castle

Sunday 1st

8:00      Check out the room and departure to the location 

8:15        Meeting at the location "Provence in Prague" tour and preparation

9:00       Session 4.
