Accomodation
Situated in the very centre of the Old Town of Prague, literally a few steps from the Old Town Square / in very short walking distance from The Emerald location / Hotel Rott provides comfortable accommodation in rooms styled in the late 19th century elegance with all the modern amenities you can think of.
Accomodation is in double rooms - single occupany
( in case you travel with a partner, the upgrade for double occupancy is 20e per night. If you will be interested to extend your stay - there is opportunity of discounted price for the workshop participants in the hotel Rott )
Included in the workshop price:
- accomodation / 1 night with breakfast in hotel Rott
- rich buffet during the shooting time, cold and warm drinks
- non commercial model release
Not Included in the workshop price:
- transport to the location
- dinner
- models fee in case of private session ( after the regular shooting time )

Saturday 27th

11:00-13:00 Session 1.
13:30-15:30 Session 2.
16:00-18:00 Session 3.
Opportunity of private session at the location
Free evening / you are welcome to join us at dinner with Joachim and models
Sunday 28th
Opportunity of private session at the location before workshop starts

10:30 - 15:00 Shooting time
10:30-12:30 Session 4.
13:00-15:00 Session 5.

Terms
Price 1.790euro / person
Payment terms:
deposit 50 % upon registration
balance to be paid before the event starts
Terms of cancellation:
a) from the participant´s side -
the deposit is not refundable ( in case there is back up for the cancelled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of the possible replacement )
b) from the side of organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be returned
c) in case of an unexpected situation (war, epidemy, earthquake, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or can be refunded
