Within the abandoned Renaissance castle, where the past gently touches the present, we will explore through photography the fragile boundary between being and decay. Models, decorations, and space become symbols rather than mere subjects, each frame an invitation to pause. It is not only about the image, but about the awareness that it is impermanence which gives beauty its depth.

LOCATION

( distance Prague - location is 2 hours )

The castle expansive grounds represent a complex of buildings with a medieval core and an originally English park. In the grounds we can find both the remains of a 13th-century keep and a Gothic castle, as well as evidence of the High Renaissance with numerous Baroque and Neo-Gothic modifications.

The castle will be partly furnitured and decorated for our photo sessions.

PRICE and TERMS

In the event price is included:

- transportation from Prague to the castle and back / if requested

- 2 nights accommodation in single room with breakfast and 2x dinner at the castle restaurant, still water  

- 2x lunch at the location 

- castle location for your private sessions 

- warm drinks during the shooting time, bottled water

- non commercial model release

In the event price is not included:

- insurance

- model fee for your private sessions

- additional drinks  in the hotel

Price group 2:1 (2 photographers per 1 model)

1.990 euro per person

Price group 1:1 (1 photographer per 1 model)

300e discount on purchase of the second seat

Payment terms

deposit 50% has to be paid upon the registration

balance has to be paid before the event starts

Terms of cancellation

a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable

( in case there is back up for canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of possible replacement )

b) from the side of organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be returned

c) in case of an unexpected situation ( epidemy, earthquake, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or another event

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private photo shoots are only for photographers who are members of the event.

Photographers have a great opportunity to plan a private photo shoots with the event models in their own direction.

Private sessions slots:

Friday 29th from 15:30 - 19:00

Saturday 30th after the official shooting time ( 15:30 -19:00 )

Sessions ( one or more hours ) can be booked in advance or during the event (for Saturday), the conditions of private sessions must be discussed and agreed directly with the model(s). We ensure the coordination and contact of the photographer with the model(s).

A Whatsapp group will be created for the participants of the event, where the status of the private photo shoots and the availability of models will be continuously updated.

The fee for the private session agreed between the model and photographer will be paid to the model directly after the shoot.
