Welcome to chateau Bon Repos 

You'll enjoy a day filled with creative energy, and the playful dance of light, which in winter takes on a special, almost magical quality. Expect laughter, a warm and friendly atmosphere, and countless fresh ideas that will keep you glowing long after the workshop ends.

Come and treat yourself to a moment when photography becomes  an adventure. Here, winter's melancholy transforms into inspiration, and grey days find their color.

The probability of snow is 50% - it depends on how cold the winter will be, the castle is located at an altitude of 235m.

Accomodation / meals

Two nights accommodation in cosy bedrooms of chateau Bon Repos  

- single occupation -

ALL INCLUSIVE 

The entire group (models, crew and photographers) will be accommodated at the castle.

The number of rooms at the castle designated for photographers is 10

The castle rooms capacity for participants 1:1 - without restrictions

For participants in the 2:1 group - we guarantee 8 rooms at the castle

If the participation in the 2:1 group is higher than available rooms , we will provide accommodation for the last registered 2:1 photographers in a nearby hotel (10 minutes by car).

PRICE and TERMS

In the event price is included:

- transportation from Prague to the castle and back / if requested

- 2 nights accommodation in single room with breakfast, 2x lunch, 2x dinner, tapas 

- cold / warm, alcoholic / non alcoholic drinks - provided by shootparty

- castle location for your private sessions

- non commercial model release

In the event price is not included:

- insurance

- model fee for your private sessions

- additional drinks / food ( provided by castle or hotel )

Price group 2:1 (2 photographers per 1 model)

2.090 euro per person

Price 1:1 (1 photographer per 1 model)

400e discount on purchase of the second seat

Payment terms

deposit 50% has to be paid upon the registration

balance has to be paid before the event starts

Terms of cancellation

a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable

( in case there is back up for canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of possible replacement )

b) from the side of organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be returned

c) in case of an unexpected situation ( epidemy, etc.. ) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or another event
