Lanzarote, with it's year-round "eternal spring" climate is renowned for dramatic volcanic landscapes and otherworldly scenery, making it a premier European destination for nature, art, and relaxation.

LOCATIONS

We will travel across the most photogenic locations of the island — volcanic fields and coastlines, surreal formations and endless horizons shaped by wind and light. 

distances to the locations are max 60min. from our hotel (or less)


ACCOMMODATION

3 nights accommodation in a single bedroom 

with ALL - INCLUSIVE package

Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM

Lunch from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM 

The hotel is about a ten-minute drive from the airport.

EVENT PHOTOSHOOTS

Each photographer will have an opportunity of 90 min. session (including the time for the set preparation), working with each of the participating model in teams:

two photographers per a model - GROUP A - 2:1

or 

one photographer per a model - GROUP B - 1:1

The groups will be divided into two teams with own guide and own location schedule (to ensure the best conditions for shooting at locations) .

There will be three groups A or B in each team and 3 models


PROGRAM

1st day - Arrival

Check in possible from 15:00

Private sessions are possible depending on the arrival time of photographers and models.

Meeting time with the group - introduction will be set according the arrivals of all participants ( before or after the dinner )

..  and Shootparty's splendid evening with new/old buddies  ( the hotel's perfect location offers also to visit another great bar with live music within walking distance)


The exact timetable with locations might be adjusted according to current weather conditions, sunny/cloudy and tides.

2nd day - Sessions 1,2,3

11:00 - 14:30    Time for possible private sessions /  in your room,  or in the hotel garden (fashion) or at the beach front of the hotel (bikini).  

13:00 - 14:45     Lunch

16:15 - 17:45   Session 2 / departure to the next location

18:30 - 20:00 Session 3

21:00               Dinner

3rd day - Sessions 4,5,6

4th day - Departure

Private sessions are possible from early morning until the check-out according to the time of departure flights of  models.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private photo shoots are only for photographers who are members of the event.

Sessions can be reserved in advance, it is also possible to book during the event. The conditions of private sessions must be discussed and agreed directly with the model(s). We ensure the time coordination of sessions and the contact of the photographer with the model. 

If photographer is using his own model release, the draft must be agreed by the model in advance.

A Whatsapp group will be created for the participants of the event, where the status of the private photo shoots and the availability of models will be continuously updated.

The fee for the private session agreed between the model and photographer will be paid to the model directly after the shoot.


We provide transportation to the event shooting locations. 

If requested, and if it's manageable for us -  we can also try to help you with transportation for your private photoshoot to the closest spot outside of the city. However, for your greater flexibility in this case - we recommend renting a car.

Price of 2.390 euro per a seat applicable until the xx

Price per seat after the xx is 2.590 euro


PRICE GROUP B - 1:1

(one photographers working with each model)

additional 500 euro discount on purchase of the 2nd seat


Price Guest

The cost of stay for your partner in your room is 300euro / all-inclusive

The guest is not allowed to shoot models during the event 


In the event price is included:

- 3 nights accommodation in a single room with all-inclusive hotel package

The all-inclusive package is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It offers also a selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks and cocktail menu.

- photography support on request

- well prepared outfits stylisation (if you are more fashion oriented)

- transports for the photo shoot locations

- non commercial model release

In the event price is not included:

- your flight to Lanzarote

- insurance

- model fee for your private sessions

- airport transport / cost of the taxi is approx. 10-15 euro


Payment terms

Deposit of 50% has to be paid upon the registration

Balance has to be paid before the event starts

Terms of cancellation

a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable

( in case there is back up for canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of possible replacement )

b) from the side of the organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be refunded

c) in case of an unexpected situation ( epidemy, etc.. ) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or another event
