Photographers group 1:1 - castle bedroom with bathroom ( rooms that are not on the list of shooting locations )
Photographers group 2:1 - apartments in annex castle building ( each apartment has two separate bedrooms and one bathroom )
or 4* hotel room in the city near 10min. drive, transport ensured
Occupancy per bedroom : single
Food : breakfast, soft lunch and dinner

PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private photo shoots are only for photographers who are members of the event.
Photographers have a great opportunity to plan a private photo shoots with the event models in their own direction.
Sessions ( one or more hours ) can be booked in advance or during the event, the conditions of private sessions must be discussed and agreed directly with the model(s). We ensure the coordination and contact of the photographer with the model(s).
A Whatsapp group will be created for the participants of the event, where the status of the private photo shoots and the availability of models and spots will be continuously updated.
The fee for the private session agreed between the model and photographer will be paid to the model directly after the shoot.
Available slots:
Tuesday 9th from 15:30 ( check-in time ) untill the evening..
PRICE and TERMS
In the event price is included:
- transportation from/to Prague if requested
- 3 nights accommodation in single room with breakfast, 2x lunch, 3x dinner at the castle restaurant
- 1 day locations for your private sessions (1/2 day at the castle, 1/2 day "Provence in Prague)
- cold and warm drinks during the event shooting time, bottled water
- non commercial model release
In the event price is not included:
- insurance
- model fee for your private sessions
- additional drinks and food
Price 2:1 group ... / per person

Price for the photographer's guest is 350euro
Guest price includes: room upgrade to the double occupancy, full board, transportation
Guest in Group 2:1 - without option to photography models
Guest in Group 1:1 - with option to photography models
Payment terms
deposit 50% has to be paid upon the registration
balance has to be paid before the event starts
Terms of cancellation
a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable
( in case there is back up for canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of possible replacement )
b) from the side of organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be returned
c) in case of an unexpected situation ( epidemy, earthquake, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or another event
