The each of the shooting slot is limited to max. 12 photographers

Photosessions 

There are several locations in close distance from the hotel.

To ensure best conditions for shooting and enough space at locations, we are going to split our photogroup each day in two teams, each team with own locations schedule and inner group schedule. The trainer will circulate. 

Each day  morning sessions and late afternoon sessions  

All photographers get chance to work with each of  the participating models during the event.

PRIVATE  PHOTO  SESSIONS 

Photographers have a great opportunity to arrange also their private photo sessions with models before or after the workshop shooting time or during the siesta.

The conditions of private sessions can photographers arrange directly with models (or we propose the coordination)

Payment terms:

deposit 50 % upon registration

balance to be paid before the event starts

Terms of cancellation

a) from the participant´s side -

the deposit is not refundable ( in case there is back up for the cancelled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of the possible replacement )

b) from the side of organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be returned

c) in case of an unexpected situation (war, epidemy, earthquake, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or can be refunded 

Price 

  2.090 euro / per person

The cost  of stay for your partner ( who is not a photographer shooting models) in your appartment  is 280 euro / full board.

In case you book both of the shooting slots, you get 10% discount on the second one.

Included in the workshop price: 

- transport on Ibiza

- 4 nights single accomodation in the hotel appartment with full board ( breakfast  / soft lunch /  dinner with starter and glass of  local wine )

- bottles of water  

Not Included in the workshop price:

- insurance

- private sessions

- additional drinks and food 

SCHEDULE

1st Slot  20th arrival - 21,22,23rd shooting - 24th departure
2nd Slot 24th arrival - 25,26,27th shooting - 28th departure 

Day 1st  /  Arrival - Meeting

The   first pick up at the Eivissia airport is  at 16:00, next check points  scheduled in regards to the arrival time of all the participants.  

( for arrivals on April 24th - the first pick up may be possible earlier - due to the departure times of previous group , next check points starting at 16:00, scheduled in regards to the arrival time of photographers )

Please, try to manage  your arrival to Ibiza before  19:00. 

You can also take taxi from the airport to hotel ( cca 25min. drive) if you arrive too early or too late

20:00  Dinner  /  Introduction  

Day 2nd, 3rd and 4th / Shooting

The exact time schedule will be adapted  at the place in regard  to the  current  weather conditions and preferences of photographers
