ACCOMODATION
Hotel Cala Molí
Cala Molí is beautiful sunset hotel with an unforgettable atmosphere, nice local cuisine, wonderful view and large garden with an access to the sea.
Accommodation - single rooms with bathroom and sea view terrace.
The place is exclusively reserved for our photogroup and we are allowed to take pictures in the whole hotel area.
PHOTOLOCATIONS
We are going to visit several location with the distance from 5 to 40min. from our hotel
The selection of locations for each team will be adapted to the physical fitness of the photographers (mobility in more difficult terrain)

To ensure the best possible conditions for photography and sufficient space at each location, we will divide our photography group into three teams shooting at a different location —each team with its own guide— during certain parts of the program.
During the three event shooting days, all photographers have the opportunity to work with each of the participating models, either on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis per two hours photosession

PRIVATE SHOOTINGS
Private photo shoots are only for photographers who are members of the event.
Available slots
17th - from 15:00 till 20:00
18th - from 13:30 till 16:00
19th - from 13:30 till 16:00
20th - from 13:30 till 16:00
21st - from early morning till 10:00
Sessions ( one or more hours ) can be reserved in advance, it is also possible to book during the event. The conditions of private sessions must be discussed and agreed directly with the model(s), if photographer is using his own model release, the draft must be agreed by the model before the shoot. We ensure the time coordination of sessions and contact of the photographer with the model(s).
A Whatsapp group will be created for the participants of the event, where the status of the private photo shoots and the availability of models will be continuously updated.
The fee for the private session agreed between the model and photographer will be paid to the model directly after the shoot.
We provide transportation to the locations for the event sessions. Upon request and if its possible - we can also try to help with the transportation for the private photoshoot to the closest locations from the hotel. However, for a greater flexibility in choosing locations for private sessions ( outside the hotel area ), we recommend renting a car.
CONDITIONS
In the event price is included:
- 4 nights accommodation in a single room with a breakfast ¨

In the event price is not included:
- insurance
- models fee for the private sessions
- additional drinks and food at the hotel

A. group ratio 2:1 ( 2 photographers per 1 model )

B. group ratio 1:1 ( 1 photographer per 1 model )
500 euro discount on the purchase of the second seat
Price for a non-shooting partner 300 euro
(upgrade to the double room - full board)
€200 discount for participants in the 21st–25th Ibiza slot
Payment terms
deposit 50% has to be paid upon the registration
balance has to be paid before the event starts
Terms of cancellation
a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable
( in case there is back up for canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of possible replacement )
b) from the side of organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be returned
c) in case of an unexpected situation (war, epidemy, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or can be used as a voucher for another event.

The exact time and location schedule will be adapted at the place according to the current weather conditions and preferences of photographers

The check-in to the room is possible from 14:00
The pick up times at the Eivissia airport will be scheduled in regards to the arrivals of the participants. Distance airport - hotel is 25min.
Private sessions in the hotel area are possible from 15:00 till 20:00
Please try to manage your arrival to Ibiza airport till 19:00.
