MODELS DUO
The event is planned to have 6 groups of photographers (working in a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio) and 7 models. Each group of photographers will have the opportunity to photograph a model couple in one photo shoot (or split their group of 2:1 and photograph 1:1 )

Boutique Wellness Hotel Donebe
( located in the heart of historical city centre)
The hotel is exclusively reserved for our photo group.
ACCOMMODATION for PHOTOGRAPHERS
full privacy in single rooms of the 4-star Hotel Barborský dvůr a 5-minute walk from the location, just around the corner.
OUR CREW
STYLING / MAKE-UP & HAIR
Our stylist and MUAH will be fully available to create styling as directed by the photographer, or can provide their own suggestions if there is a request.
ASSISTANCE for PHOTOGRAPHERS
PRICE and CONDITIONS
In the event price is included:
- 2 event shooting days (Saturday and Sunday)
- Hotel Donebe location for your private sessions on Friday
- private sessions coordination
- 2 nights accommodation in the hotel Barborský dvůr with a breakfast ¨(Friday, Saturday)
- 2x dinner in restaurant (Friday and Saturday)
- 2x lunch in restaurant (Saturday and Sunday)
- drinks and snacks on location
- transports from Prague to Kutná Hora and back (if requested)
- non commercial model release
In the event price is not included:
- insurance
- models fee for the private sessions
- additional drinks and food at the hotel or restaurant
PRICE
group 2:1 ( 2 photographers per 1 model )
1.990 euro per person
group 1:1 ( 1 photographer per 1 model )
250 euro discount on the purchase of the second seat
Payment terms
deposit 50% has to be paid upon the registration
balance has to be paid before the event starts
Terms of cancellation
a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable
( in case there is back up for canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of possible replacement )
b) from the side of organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be returned
c) in case of an unexpected situation on the side of the organiser (war, epidemy, earthquake, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or can be used as a voucher for another event.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private photo shoots are only for photographers who are members of the event.
Photographers have a great opportunity to plan a private photo shoots with the event models in their own direction. 7 apartments of the Donebe Hotel will be available for private photo shoots, photographers can also use the staircase or the brand new hotel wellness in the hotel's underground, which is currently being completed.
You can also explore the magical outdoor corners of the historical city, the service of our stylist will be available to help you create an exceptional styling for the outdoor shoot (nude in public is not permitted)
Sessions ( one or more hours ) should be booked in advance.
Private sessions slots:
Friday 2nd from 15:00 till 19:30
Saturday 3rd from 17:00 till 19:30
The conditions of private sessions must be discussed and agreed directly with the model(s). We ensure the coordination and contact of the photographer with the model(s).
A Whatsapp group will be created for the participants of the event, where the status of the private photo shoots and the availability of models will be continuously updated.
The fee for the private session agreed between the model and photographer will be paid to the model directly after each session.

Friday 2nd
12:00 Meeting in Prague's airport / city centre and departure to Kutná Hora
14:00 Arrival to the Hotel Donebe and the location tour
Check-in the hotel accommodation Barborský dvůr is possible from 15:00
15:00 - 19:30 Private sessions
Photographers have also the great opportunity to explore the city.
20:00 Welcome dinner / possibility of wellness
Saturday 3rd
8:00 Breakfast
9:00 Meeting at the location / preparation
9:30 - 11:00 Session 1.
11:00 - 11:30 break and preparation for the next session
11:30 - 13:00 Session 2.
13:00 - 14:30 Lunch and preparation for the next session
14:30 - 16:00 Session 3.
16:00 - 16:45 Group session with all models together
17:00 - 19:30 Private sessions
20:00 Dinner / possibility of wellness
Sunday 4th
