Event Photoshoot
To ensure the best shooting conditions we are going to split in teams - each team working at one of the locations. The next day teams switch locations and models
4 groups with 4 models in the each team
groups: 1 or 2 photographers per a model
4 sessions per day / 1 session 1,5h

Private sessions
Private photo shoots are only for photographers who are members of the event.
Photographers have a great opportunity to plan a private photo shoots with the event models in their own direction.
Sessions ( one or more hours ) should be booked in advance.
The conditions of private sessions must be discussed and agreed directly with the model(s). We ensure the coordination and contact of the photographer with the model(s).
A Whatsapp group will be created for the participants of the event, where the status of the private photo shoots and the availability of models will be continuously updated.
The fee for the private session agreed between the model and photographer will be paid to the model directly after each session.
The Provence in Prague location ensures 5 shooting spots with the roof protection. If there are more sessions planed in one time and there is rain - photographers who booked the session as last need to accept shoot in their hotel room.
Shuttle transport hotel - Provence in Prague is ensured

PRICE and CONDITIONS
In the event price is included:
- 2 shooting days at three locations for Saturday and Sunday
- Provence in Prague location for your private sessions on Friday
- 2 nights accommodation in the Hotel Grand International with breakfast ¨(Friday, Saturday)
- 2x dinner in restaurant
- 2x lunch on location ( Saturday and Sunday)
- drinks and snacks during the 3 days of photoshoots
- transports from the hotel International to locations and back
- entrance and welcome drinks at the Club Blues Bahnhof Shootparty Afterparty
- non commercial model release
In the event price is not included:
- insurance
- models fee for the private sessions
- transport airport - hotel (20min. drive, Uber approx. 15 euro one way)
- additional drinks at the hotel and afterparty

400e discount on the purchase of the second seat
Payment terms
deposit 50% has to be paid upon the registration
balance has to be paid before the event starts
Terms of cancellation
a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable
( in case there is back up for canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of possible replacement )
b) from the side of organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be returned
c) in case of an unexpected situation (war, epidemy, earthquake, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or can be used as a voucher for another event.
