The day temperature in the south part of Tenerife ( where our hotel and the shooting places are located ) is usually between 20 - 24C.

SITE SPECIFIC INSTALLATIONS
by Patrik Proško
We will be with the visual artist and sculptor Patrik Proško who creates temporary art installations in the landscapes of different countries around the world. So far he has implemented over 80 projects in 26 countries and they all have one thing in common, none exists anymore. Their only purpose is for photography and after documentation, the projects disappear either due to weather conditions, or Patrik clears them himself.
He has already created several projects in Tenerife this year and will create new installations, especially for our workshop. Photographers will be able to use them as the background for the models in their photos, which will as such acquire a new story and an artistic dimension.

KN Hotel Arenas del Mar is an Adults Only hotel in El Médano, located in the south of the island of Tenerife, just 10 minutes from the Reina Sofía south airport. It is a quiet area with a relaxed, warm and romantic atmosphere.
The hotel has everything that we need - photo locations within a short distance, a restaurant, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a Spa, and a bar :)

To ensure the best conditions for photography - our group will be split at most of the locations.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Photographers are free to organize private photo sessions out of the regular shooting time, based on the conditions arranged with the model directly - I can eventually propose the coordination.
30th of January - private sessions are possible all-day
In case of interest, there is also the possibility to organize a photo trip to the Anaga rain forest. But please note that the location is in the mountains, and good weather conditions in this part of the island are 50/50. The temperature here is lower than in the south.

Price and Conditions
What is included:
4 nights accommodation (single room) with full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
bottled water
transfer to the shooting location
12 hours of shooting with 6 models in total
wise and creative support, MUAH, and styling support
What is not included:
flight to Tenerife
the transfer from/to the airport ( taxi airport - hotel 15e )
insurance
models fee for your additional private sessions
Price 1.990 euro per person
In case the photographer books 2 slots, 10% discount is granted on the second one.
Guest 300 euro
- includes the upgrade for the double occupancy with half board + lunch on the 1st day
- we can not guarantee, that guests can follow photographers to the shooting locations (limited number of seats in cars)
- photographing models during event sessions is not allowed
Payment terms
deposit of 50% has to be paid upon the registration
balance has to be paid 3 weeks before the event starts
Terms of cancellation
a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable
( in case there is a backup for the canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of the possible replacement )
b) from the side of the organizer - 100% of the paid deposit will be returned
c) in case of an unexpected situation (war, epidemy, earthquake, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or can be used as a voucher for any other event.
